The brief
The owner was nervous about one person running the machine alone at night.
What we did
- Wrote a one-page night rules list
- Set soft limits and tested the emergency stop
- Agreed a check-in time by phone
- Moved long simple nests to the evening
How it turned out
The evening shift now runs routine nests safely, and the day crew starts with a clear bed and a handoff note.
