The short version of how orders work.
Information on this site is general guidance for workshops. Specifications can change, so prices, stock and specifications are confirmed in a written quote by email before you order.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. An order is confirmed when we acknowledge it in writing.
Service and training
Electrical work on your premises is carried out or signed off by a qualified electrician. Training days come with an attendance letter; they do not replace an accredited qualification.
