New staff learned from the owner in bits and pieces, and habits differed between them.
What we did
- Ran a one-day training on their own machine and material
- Gave each operator a daily task card for the following week
- Set up a shared handoff note
- Did a one-month habit check
How it turned out
Both operators close the cell the same way and the owner no longer has to check every evening.
