The workshop
An engineering support workshop in eMalahleni (Witbank) with an older router.
The brief
The original pendant was failing and only one operator knew the controller settings.
What we did
- Replaced the pendant during a planned half-day stop
- Set and documented soft limits
- Made a one-page control map
- Trained the second operator the same week
How it turned out
Two operators can now run the machine confidently, and the settings are backed up off site.
