Dust Booth S care

Daily, weekly and monthly care for Dust Booth S.

Dust Booth S

Every shift

  • Empty the collection bag or bin before it is two thirds full
  • Check hose clips and joins for leaks
  • Wipe the hood bristles clean

Every week

  • Tap or pulse-clean the filter
  • Check the fan for vibration
  • Look inside the hose for caked dust, especially on the coast

Every month

  • Change the filter if the date card says so
  • Inspect the enclosure seals
  • Check the fan motor mounts

Spares worth keeping

  • One spare filter cartridge
  • Hose clips
  • A metre of spare hose

Local conditions

Highveld winters are dry and dusty, which loads filters faster from June to August. Coastal shops fight humidity instead, which can make dust cake inside hoses. Both need a filter card with dates, not a guess.

The care ritual card turns this list into a tick sheet for the machine.
