What we did
- Ran a spoilboard grid test and resurfaced
- Set up a spoilboard log
- Changed nests to leave one usable offcut strip
- Added a size limit to the offcut rack
How it turned out
Pocket depths became consistent and the offcut pile shrank to a useful rack.
