Night shift router

Night nests with spare rules, soft limits, and care that survives alone.

Running after hours

Some shops add an evening shift to get more out of one machine. It works when long, simple nests are saved for the evening and the operator has clear rules and a working phone.

Rules for working alone

A one-page list by the machine says what the operator may fix and what must wait for the morning. Emergency stop tested at the start of the shift, check-in time agreed, and no electrical work alone.

Hand it back clean

The evening operator closes the cell, writes the handoff note and leaves the bed clear. The morning crew should be able to start without asking questions.

Who runs this floor

A trusted operator who is comfortable working alone, with a day team that sets up the work.

A typical week

The day team leaves long, simple nests ready. The night operator runs them, closes the cell and writes the handoff note before leaving.
